Acceptance of Terms
The website available at acedepartment.com, acedept.com, and all linked pages (“Site”) are owned and operated by Ace Department (“Ace”), and is accessed by you under these Terms of Service described below.
Please read these terms carefully before using the services. By accessing this site or using any part of the site or any content or services on the site, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Ace Department reserves the right to modify or replace the Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change, Ace Department will notify you by posting an announcement of the Site.
2. Subject to full compliance with the Terms of Service, Ace Department may offer to provide certain services and content, as described more fully on the Site. Services shall include, but not be limited to, any service and content, as well as the offering of any materials displayed or transmitted through the Site.
3. Ace Department may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts of all of the Services without liability.
4. As a condition to using Services, you are required to register with Ace Department. You shall provide Ace Department with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your Ace Department account. You may not i) use a name or other identification with the intent to impersonate; ii) use a name subject to any rights of a person other than you. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including password.
5. As a condition to using Services, you are required to keep other users’ information confidential. All material discussed within the password-protected areas of the Ace Department community is subject to mutual non-disclosure. Your use of these areas constitutes acceptance of this non-disclosure agreement.
6. As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service, or for any other purpose not reasonably intended by Ace Department.
7. As a condition of use, you promise, as example and not as limitation, not to use the Services: i) to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other Ace Department users; ii) to post or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abuse, offensive, or otherwise violates any law of right of any third party; iii) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; iv) to post of transmit any communication designed to obtain password, account, or private details from any Ace Department user; v) to spam any Ace Department user; vi) to violate any laws in your jurisdiction; vii) to advertise to or solicit any user to buy or sell any products or services. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent; viii) sell or otherwise transfer your account.
8. Ace Department may remove any content and any account at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities). To report Terms of Service abuse, please email help@acedept.com.
9. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of Ace Department. Ace Department reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
10. As a condition of use, you agree to the terms of the Ace Department Privacy Policy, which may also be updated from time to time.
11. You will indemnify and hold harmless Ace Department, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers, and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including attorneys’ fees and cost) from i) any claim or demand made by any third party due to your access to the Site, use of the Services, violation of the Terms of Service by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
12. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Ace Department or its suppliers be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or other legal theory with respect to the Site, the Service, or any content for any lost profits or special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind. (Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.)
13. Ace Department may terminate or suspend any and all Services and your account immediately, without liability, if you breach any of the terms of conditions of the Terms of Service. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. I fyou wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms of Service shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, non-disclosure agreements, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
14. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Terms of Service and you do not have any authority to bind Ace Department in any respect.
15. Ace Department, Ace Dept, entrepreneuse, and other Ace Department graphics, logos, designs and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Ace Department and may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
