1. What is Ace Department?
We are a community for women in business for themselves. Currently, that community is exclusively online, but we have plans to bring our members together face-to-face in the future.
2. Who’s behind Ace Department?
Read about us here.
3. What is an ace?
You are. Women with big goals and the drive to reach them. People with the spirit of hustling. Entrepreneuses who care about their world.
4. What will the community be like?
The community will be what you make it — what we all make it. It will be curated to ensure that everyone behaves kindly, intelligently, and respectfully toward one another, but ultimately, it hinges on the desire of our members to interact with us and with each other to create the bonds that will help us help each other.
5. What is the business structure?
Ace Department is an ad-free environment. We, and our content, are not beholden to anyone — no sponsors or advertisers will dictate the conversation within our community. As a result, we are community-supported.
6. How much does it cost?
Membership is available at $19/ month and $199/ year. Membership dues are charged on a recurring basis, and are non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied with your membership for any reason, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.
7. What are the benefits of membership?
First and perhaps most importantly, members benefit from the selective nature of community membership. You are who you choose to surround yourself with, and we intend to surround you with a group of empowered, creative, and motivated entrepreneuses.
The nuts and bolts of what you’ll get:

* thought-provoking essays on business and life as it relates to business, with open discussion for members
* relevant how-tos based on our experience and the needs of the community
* networking opportunities that feel more like dinner with friends than the shake-and-bake approach often found at conferences and “networking events”
* promotion — we’ll help you find a first (or second or third or fourth) voice for yourself and your business
